Inclusive services are available when a fee of 2.5% - 2.9% commission is agreed for the sale of the property and a signed agency agreement is in place. Valid for residential Sales Only – Marketing and Display Prep indicative cost only.

Home display valued at $3,500 - $6,500.
Declutter and clean-up valued at $1,500 - $2,500.
Garden and courtyard beautification valued at $1,500 - $2,000

Above associated cost to be deducted form agreed commission at Settlement of property when property is sold by property inside out. Each option can be purchased separately. Contact us for more information.
